Collector Information

Thoughtfully created for elevated living, each artwork by Ellen Carroll is produced with careful attention to craftsmanship, materials, presentation, and longevity.

The information below outlines details regarding original artwork, fine art reproductions, materials, finishes, and presentation options available through the studio.

Original Art

Each original created by Ellen Carroll is a one-of-a-kind, hand-painted piece created with acrylic on canvas.

Original works are professionally finished on gallery-wrapped canvas with a 1.5” deep profile and are designed to hang beautifully with or without the need for framing.

Every original is signed by the artist and includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Ellen Carroll retains all reproduction rights to the artwork.

Subtle variations, texture, brushwork, and dimensional detail are part of the beauty and individuality of original painted artwork.

Fine Art Reproductions

Fine art reproductions are thoughtfully produced using museum-quality giclée printing, known for exceptional clarity, depth, and true-to-life color reproduction.

Printed with archival inks on premium substrates, each piece is created to preserve the integrity and beauty of the original artwork for years to come.

Reproductions are available in a selection of carefully chosen formats designed to complement both modern and traditional interiors.

Available Formats

Fine Art Paper — A richly textured, heavyweight watercolor paper with a soft matte finish. Each print includes a 2–4” white border for refined gallery-style framing.

Gallery-Wrapped Canvas — Professionally stretched over solid wood stretcher bars with a 1.5” depth standard and finished with clean wrapped edges. Arrives ready to hang and includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Rolled Canvas — An unstretched canvas print with additional border, ideal for custom stretching or framing. A flexible option for larger-scale presentation.

                                                                      Canvas Finish

My preferred finish is satin canvas, selected for its balance of richness and subtlety.

• Deep, luminous color saturation
• Elegant contrast
• Minimal surface glare
• Archival durability without cracking

For collectors who prefer a higher sheen, glossy finishes are available upon request.

                                                                        Materials

All materials are carefully selected to ensure longevity and refined presentation.

Gallery-wrapped canvases are constructed using kiln-dried pine stretcher bars for structural stability.

Fine art paper prints are produced on archival, pH-neutral, OBA-free watercolor paper (400 GSM), offering exceptional color precision and a soft tactile surface.

Rolled canvas prints provide versatility, allowing collectors to tailor framing and edge depth to their individual space.
